Sunrise Undercover Stage
The infamous Fish Seeks Bicycle welcomes you into their flamboyant world, at the Undercover Stage, with a full program of entertainment: a heady concoction of live music, sideshows, costuming and mischievous shenanigans. FSB offers a platform to all creators, showcasing the best local and national underground talent ~ unlawfully good bands, DJs and interactive performance! At the Undercover Stage you’ll find a genre salad of ska, swing, world beats, fruity breaks and electro, funk, gypsy and folk.
Fish Seeks Bicycle is a dynamic and energetic collective, and attending an FSB event is joining the family…They recognize that it is what you bring to the party that makes it exceptional. These creative production kids, artists, musicians, and performers are inclusive and open-minded ~ always looking for something unusual, and embracing how celebration breaks down barriers between all different kinds of people.
At their own bespoke events they create a unique interactive experience within an immersive décor environment. Each event is a one-off… with costumes fashioned and formed in reflection of each event’s theme.
With respect for each other and our environment FSB always operate with much more than just a leave no trace policy - more often they leave the surrounding area much cleaner than when they found it – and renewed with positive energy after a rocking party.

the FSB 24hr nitrous stalls at SGP? it was like a rubber fetishists wet dream.
perhaps at sunrise they could offer a discount if you bring your balloon back, or just pay people to pick em up?

It pisses me off that people need to be told - I always come home at the end of a club night with balloons in my pocket - and I'd be even less likely to just bung balloons on the grass at a festival etc when I'd had my fun.
I do think a discount is a good idea - but I think people shouldn't need an incentive to clear up their crap/reuse balloons. It does my head in - I am such a natural slob (anyone whose been to my house will confirm ) yet I wouldn't dream of leaving my crap about the place at a festie and the like.

yup, in all honesty, i think it had more to do with the type of people who go to SGP, i've never seen so many fucking hoorays lobbing their rubbish over their shoulder in my life.
but it really was like a rubber rainbow around their stalls, and at £2 a pop, they are earning far far more than enough to deal with the problem their stalls combined with certain peoples moronic actions caused

SGP = Secret Garden Party
and yeah, you're right about it being a widespread problem, it just seemed worse at SGP because they didn't have litter pickers working during the festival, only afterwards.

It really shouldn't be a problem when you're getting it straight from a stall with a proper big cannister (the medical stuff) as at least there aren't a billion cartridges scattered about .... stick the empty balloon in your pocket when you're finished and use again later....not too tricky!
SGP looks lovely I must admit - but an abundance of toffs puts me and Alan off a bit
*apologies to all the nice posh people out there *
