24hr Bars

Will any of the bars be open 24hrs? If so(hopefully), which ones?

im sure dave you are a responsible drinker but seriously do you think that 24 hour drinking at a festival is a good idea some people dont know when to stop and unfortunatly get too boistress and rude to put it politly.
i watched some lovely fluffy folk around a camp fire last year all loved up and friendly and realy nice,you get my drift and there was one piss head .seriously he was rude as fuck to folk and spoiled the vibe and became quite messy and irate.Festival weather folk handled him realy well,i was well impressed cose he was scarring me and i was just a by stander.
I am not tarring everyone with the same stick,i met you and you were lovley,can i add i also saw one fight at sunrise which considering the amount of people there that was realy good but not nice i was shocked as i realy hate violance,guss what theye were pissed.
i personaly think the pubs should shut the same as last year.although saying that if piss heads are gonna play up im sure closing the pubs wont stop them getting wasted.
sitting with a glass of red on a come down when the sun comes up is rather splendid. No from me for 24 hour drinking but who am i on the grand scale of things(my bloke just read this and says id be the first to sit in a 24 hour boozer lol) i know nothing amymore.

I think one of them was probably me!... I was pissed as I drank for teh whole of sunrise...

I got about half way round when I reach teh gu ..gave him a hug - no one else had batted an eyelid at my behaviour - he just sat there, not knowing quiet what to to do! and then I moved on and finished the circle....

wont happen this year, as I dont drink ( well yesterday and today..anyway) so probably no bad behaviour from me this year Smile

giving peeps hugs is not norty zen ,infact i think you were the only one to tell that guy off,i cheered at you from my tent and he tryed to pick up a stick and come at me with it,lol it was from the fire he hehehehe realy hot it was, burnt himself.i thought that was funny.

Yes we were sat round that fire and I know exactly who you mean. He was a complete twat. Heres hoping he won't be there this year.

No they won't...

The latest opening times are the Bimble Inn till 3.30am on Friday and Saturday and the Pussyfoot Crew Bar until 4am (cos crew often don't finish work till past midnight and need to have time to go la la too). Anybody fortunate enough to have experienced Pussyfoots shenanigans anywhere else will know how fortunate we are to have them looking after us! Hope to see not too many of you there (cos hopefully you are all - except Ghosty - buying lots and lots of public tickets!)

Oh and for what its worth 24 hour bars are fun but not always a good idea eh. I always appreciate finding one on Saturday night. Whatever happens its always good to have yer own booze if you want to drink aaaand its cheaper eh
