The site isn't open to the public till thursday. You should be able to get a taxi to the main entrance though.
From the FAQ.
Q. When do the gates open and close for the event?
A. Gates open at 9am on Thursday 29th May please don’t arrive before then. Each day the gate will open at 9am and will close at 10pm except for Thursday when there will be extended hours until 11pm. We cannot accept admissions to site after 10pm on other days. Members of the public must leave site by 4pm on Monday 2nd June.

A taxi should be able to take you right down to where you hand your ticket over. There were not queues last year on Friday midday when I got there.
The big read bus is a better option, but is a bit of a variable, like not being where it should when it should. There is no guarantee it will turn up at the train station when it should. Still, I've trained and bused it without any major problems both years.

Are there bicycle lockups?

Any other stewards want to share a taxi from the train station early Wednesday?

I'd be up for sharing a cab, but I don't get to Yeovil Junction until 13:33 on Wednesday.
Anyone else using the 11:20 Megatrain from Waterloo?

I think Whats for Breakfast will be arriving at about 13:30 as well.

I've never seen any bike lockups, but there are plenty of unmovable things you could lock up to. I don't think anyone will touch a locked up bike, or probably pinch it in the first place.
