couscous. Stick in boiling water, remove from heat and leave to stand for 6 mins, v easy n quick! I use a really nice organic sundried tomato one by Sammy's. Its lush esp with some fried halloumi cheese and fried courgette, onion and red pepper. or maybe a can of tuna if at a festie and its easier.
Also you get a lot from a small packet so a good space saver
I always take a multi pack of Iced Gems, great for the munchies admittedly they are sugary crap but hey i'm on holiday and if i'm feeling unable to get up for some food then they are ideal...or if i'm snacky at 4am for some reason...

How about sprouted seeds? Tasty, packed full of nutrition, just need rinsing under the tap twice a day and they won't go off. Do two batches, one started a couple of days beforehand for the first 2 days of the fest, and one soaked the night before you go for the second 2 days

Pot noodles are quick but not sure of nutritional value. You forgot grapes silly hippy, I won't have any this year but I will be bringing cereal bars and dried fruit too. Peanuts are good and loads of fresh OJ in cartons for rehydration. Mars bars or Snickers are good to grab as I always get hungry after putting up my tent. Hmm, I agree that bean feast isn't good as it usually cause people to avoid being downwind from me I will definitely be bringing some bacon RM too

I just think the stallholder knew you were mashed and gave you the wrong change. I can't remember, did you challenge them?
