Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone's travelling from or passing through Bristol on their way to Glade this year on Thursday morning/afternoon? Want to get there by 6 so that I can take some alcamahol in. I'm not taking very much stuff, only a backpack, small tent and a telescopic flagpole.

Safe, Dr...

We are also coming from Swansea, and have a seat for one person! So if there's a couple from Swansea, you could get there between us! We are in a car (well, not right at this minute, but you know what I mean) and so luggage must be minimal, or shared between our and Aitch's vehicle. We aim to get there by midday, so an early start thursday.

Oh cool, another Swanseaite! There's plenty of room in Emma (my van)for bags, so yeah - if there's two going that might be a good idea.

Aye we must meet up at the meet up, Aitch! Since you are a Swansea person, have you ever been to Coolaid (sadly not happening for the last three years or so) or Psifly, which used to be at Monkey every month until a couple of years ago, also very sad... but they were brilliant nights... maybe we even know each other from them (by sight)! cheeky bounce spinnin W00t! Cheese Face thumbs up

No, I'm completely shit at knowing what's going on and usually only find out about these things after the event. I should be at the meet up though so it'd be good to meet you.

If there's no-one coming from Swansea, does anyone need a lift from any where along the route?

Anyone driving from liverpool?

last minute i know but through a combination of work being tits & taking 3 wks to give me time off for glade & last minute financial crisis means i cannot afford the 75 quid for a train - hoping a non serial killer type (it would spoil my festival to be cut into pieces and scattered over a wide area) will have a spare seat in return for me chipping in towards petrol.

Oh that's me out on two counts then, nothing like a bit of serial killing to while away a long journey - plus I'm not coming from Liverpool.

My revised travel plans mean I'll be coming from Cardiff Thursday morning if anyone needs a lift...........

hey,
i've got a liverpool-reading train ticket for glade that i can't use anymore.

you need a student railcard, and it's leaving at 0819 from liverpool lime st, arriving in reading at 1213, on thu 17th. coming back at 1340, arriving 1726, on mon 21st. one change in birmingham new st on each trip. it's an advance ticket so you can only take those trains.

i can't go myself anymore (family emergency.....) so i'll sell the tix for £25, same as i paid.

i'm not in liverpool til late tomorrow, but txt me and i'll meet you in the station at 8am thursday!

cheers,
chris
