It's not good, I know, but they have to put stuff on the licence for the council. I would have thought they'd be sensible and looking out more for dealers and violent types (I hope anyway!) don't they have cctv at other festivals now anyway? I think they do at glasto. I think the guy hopped it into the woods though. Apart from that, I didn't hear of anything else and yeah the security were indeed spot on this year. You were right near us! I did get told what happened but I was a bit munted so all this I'm about to say may be bollocks - anyway - I seem to remember he was caught, and he apparently had a car on site that was filled with people's stuff. I assume he got what was coming to him, anyway. Knob. It was daytime and I came back to the tent (our lot were already there) and said ' hello darling' to mejulie when this lad jumped up from behind a (very) nearby tent and sprinted off! I couldn't decide whether he was a tent thief or a fucked up munter! Thing is, there were loads of people around and it was broad daylight so I decided he was messing about. Needless to say I got the piss taken out of me constantly for the next 2 hours... _________________ Fuck - where are my reading glasses?
