Don't really know the difference between Psy and Goa but who are the best Goa trance acts to see. Cool

goa trance was the trance that began in ,um, goa in the early 90s, kinda like floaty, fast acid house.....it was this that mutated into psytrance in the mid 90s......

looking at the psy lineup there is no goa on paper.....

morning/daytime trance is the closest (although nothing like) to goa in terms of the idea behind it

check out - beatnik, fromem_ory, jon kenobi and protoculture......

however if you like a proper psychedelic workout - check out yab-yum....they are fucking awesome.....tight, groovy, very psychedelic and diamond hard........

Yeah, Protoculture i hear of.I enjoyed Cosmosis last year. what a showman and he is back in the day i hear. Let the flow take me Wink

av you eard the 'Goa Mix' by that young man P.Oakenfold from the early 90's

I know it all sounds a bit commerc. but is still a classic IMHO and can often be heard in me car to this day

Yeah never got around to getting that Oakenfold mix. Heard a lot about it. Still like the guys sets today. Laughing Buddha Laughing like the name and seen the name before at various events...must check these out. Wink

Got my hands on this at the weekend.....superb. Love all the Blade Runner samples in the first CD(Bladerunner being my fave film of all time) and the second CD ripping it up more.......sahhhweeettttt! Cool
