Our tickets havent arrived, spoke to Bristol tickets a few times, still no e-ticket either and now i cant get through to the ticket office. So looks like we will have to head down with no tickets and just hope that there will be someone on the gate to sort it out. Anyone else waiting for tickets?

So does anyone have any idea what to do if your ticket hasn't turned up and you can't get in touch with anyone from BTS??

I have my tix but my mate (who's driving) doesn't have hers, she was told she'd need to get a form e-mailed to her, but has no computer access...so I said I'd sort while she's at work.

Now I'm lost....clueless and pretty pee'd off. There is no support provided for people without tickets, it's a shambles. Any advice would be appreciated as BTS are permanently engaged.

HELP

Oh crap indeed!! Well it seems she doesn't have a ref number either, she got tickets for sunrise over the phone.....at least she paid by card, we're trying to get an e-ticket as we speak, please keep everything crossed for us!!

And I managed to finally get through to BTS and they were helpful and still sounded quite upbeat!!

mrs sweetapple. After lots of re-dialling I eventually got through to the ticket office! and at the same time they e-mailed the e-ticket.
Well its not really a ticket more like a letter from the ticket office with the customer reference and the royal mail reference... They also said that they will be sending out these letters throughout the night by e-mail.
The number is phoned was 0117 929 9008.
Hope you get sorted.

If only it were that simple, they are now saying my friend has to buy a whole new ticket and they will refund her after. They say they did not receive her original letter (although it was sent recorded delivery) and even though she paid by card she still has to send all the copied receipts etc before she can have her refund......so she's paying twice.

I just hope that it's not such a struggle to get her refund, and a shame I couldn't help her out (she rescued me, my husband and my 7 month old son from Sunrise when no one else would help.

Did your friend post the ticket back to them? and they are now saying, at this late stage, that they have never received it after telling her before that they would sent an e-ticket...?... Thats outrageous . I hope by some stoke of luck her replacement ticket turns up in the mornings post.... Otherwise try her luck at the gate, im sure there are plenty of people who will be doing just that!

Hi everyone!!!
we ARE doing our v . best to get all emails and lost in posts sorted, if you still haven't recieved your tickets please email us - sales@bristolticketshop.co.uk with your order name and reference (if poss), to our knowledge we only have one outstanding lost in post as we are still locating their details.
Like I said we are doing our best, we are all sleep-deprived and zombified (lovely Zoe has not slept in about a week!!)
So please be patient if the phone lines are engaged.

Hopefully everyones emails have arrived successfully, email us back if not

If you have received them, have a fantastic time!!!

Lots of love
BTS

I do not have my confirmation email because I saved it in a folder. I have checked my emails on my ISP website which allows me access to current emails but not saved ones as I use Thunderbird at home. I have printed off my account details from Bristol Ticket Shop which shows two order no's stating 'old order - deleted'. Are those the original order and the Big Chill swap and will that be sufficient to allow me entry? Mind you, I won't know because after today I have no access to a pc. Sounds like its all gone tits up for me Crying or Very sad I appreciate that BTS have had a huge task, but I'm truly pissed off as I swapped my ticket as soon as I got back from Sunrise.
