Evening all! Received tickets today and actually read the info and the small print. Some queries.

Generators not allowed and will be impounded
Does this include solar panels and small wind generators?

re compost toilets What about people with special medical needs like inco. pads and colostomy bags - how to dispose of these and is there privacy for those who are so afflicted?

Searching Male by Male? Female by Female? In open or private. Witness/Observers?

"we have the right to confiscate ... other banned articles" Which are?

"no cameras ... are permitted" Are you serious?

i think i read the camera rule sas cameras are permitted but make sure you get permission of whoever you're photographing...maybe i misread it

I doubt it, and I would imagine they have to say they search everyone for licensing purposes rather than actually wanting to confiscate anything. Just use your common sence I think you should be fine....

yes i was reading the rules with a raised eyebrow or two...then decided that i'd do the same as with all other festies - generally disregard them (tho not where it concerns having fires etc).

As Dr Don says, common sense is all that's required yes

well i for one will be snapping away as i do at all the festies i go to...surely everyone likes to take a few snaps for posterity? and there should be plenty to warrant a photo on saturday what with the fantasy dress thing going on... can't wait!

Still cameras are fine....I dont know where it said no cameras - if it's on the back of the tickets, then ignore it, becasue they are generic text that comes from the printers...duh..
