From what I have figured out so far (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the camping areas have pro's and con's as follow:

South
Cons: Up a steep hill back to the camp site each night/morning
Looks a bit further away from the action
Pros: Looks closer to the car park
Probably going to be a lot quieter
On top of as hill so if wet, going to be drier?

North
Cons: Looks a fair trek from the car park
All night club tent right beside it - so noisey all night?
In the valley - so if wet, might be muddy/flooded?

Pros: Nearer the action
the chillers seem to think it's the nicest camp

That in mind, Who's going where?

Also, a bit of advice - who uses what to get their gear from car to camp ie wheeelbarrow etc

Cheers

We'll be in a campervan, so won't be needing wheelbarrow's etc Laughing

And that's what the horsedrawn folk, with their 'mind yer *#@4ing backs!' and 'that'll 20 million quid please' are usually there for isn't it? Twisted Evil

Cheers Libertad - wheely barra was the direction I was heading 4

Yea, you'd be right re the horsedrawn folkes for Sunrise, but are hey gonna be at BC Melvin?

Was thinking about one of those folding wheelbarrows to try and save some space (could fold it up and leave in the lockup at festies and likewise at home) - anyone ever used/seen one?

Sadly, I don't think they will be Sad

Don't know about the wheelbarrow, but I'd have thought that as long as you don't have too much weightwise it'd be ok?

Cheers for the replies

I still cant make my mind up about North V South but I did go out and buy a rather nice £13 sack trolley from B&Q that I think will take care of the trek!

I have the issue of north vs south. South is winning it as we need family camping 'UNLESS' there is a family camping area within the Sunrise festy bit ?
