After workin last year i felt the need to stay away this year, i worked on production gate near john peel stage very near the toilets, after sendin hundreds that asked me where the john peel stage was, even tho i had a big sign above my head. i sent them all to greenfields right the other side of the site. 
that my karma will never recover from.
maybe next year i will try. |

I would like to work there but I don't want to do stewarding... You have to be a Trade Union member to get a bar job, so if anyone knows any contacts for other jobs I would gratefully receive them. |

Have you looked at what Greenpeace are offering in terms of jobs SiCo, your on good terms with them aintcha?

Greenpeace is run a bit like a franchise these days and each country office is run in different ways. I got on very well with Greenpeace New Zealand but I could not work for the UK organisation as they run themselves too much like a business and focus on media coverage and raising money rather than direct action. I also don't like the way they use charity muggers to extract money from people, so no will not be approaching them.

i'm just the same SiCo, i'm gonna register just in case i win the lottery but i'll need work it otherwise.
I wouldn't mind stewarding but they only have Oxfam ones there and Oxfam won't let you do Glasto until you've done at least one smaller festy with em.. Was gonna do it at Glade last year but ended up spending the deposit money on a ticket instead, which considering the circumstances of glade 2007 was a FUCKING good idea  |

I like working at glastonbury and that is all really, the festival itself fell on its face last year but I love the build up and the aftermath...

Ticket day tomorrow...... Apparently not very many people registered this year so the probability of getting a ticket if you registered and still want to go is about 95%
