A friend of mine was having a nice thursday pre-festy tripolong, enjoying browsing the stalls and generaly whiling away our time when . . . .
Oh my god, what is that?
My friend looked white as a sheet, "come have a look" i said, "no man" came the reply. Me and my other friends then spent an entertaining 10 minutes trying to coax him closer to the stall. We managed to get him within 3/4 meters away but you could tell we were going no further. "Thats close enough aint it kev?", "yup".
Anyone else experience the fear when seeing the boats ?
And how many tea-lights does it take ta power a Range Rover sport?

In all the years of seeing this stall at festivals (it was always up in the Green fields at Glastonbury) - you're the first person I've come across who has actually bought one of the boats - I'd just assumed the stall was a front for selling crack or DMT or something....

Andy does quite well out of it actually - he doesn't have to work in winter and just spends the time when he's not at festivals renovating the old water mill where he lives, and giving visits to schoolkids etc!

candle power - can u handle it???!
i must admit having glamerous foxy assistants sellin the boats is a good move - it kinda ofsets the fear of the whole 'why are there boats being sold at a landlocked rave?' thing - foxy
