Just out of curiosity, bearing in mind I have less musical talent than hair on my head, how does this internet DJ work? Do you have to send a cassette in the post, or do you just play your tunes down the telephone?

It requires a computer with a reasonable soundcard and internet connection. Put simply:

Aural delights -> Computer soundcard Input -> Computer -> Streaming Radio Software -> Interwebs -> Muck FM's Radio Server -> Listener's Computer -> Happy Raver

I should add that everyone who DJ's will need a microphone to interact with the listeners who can contact the DJ in realtime via Muck FM's shoutbox.

Good to see the FW DJ roster growing!

Been a bit slack at my end unfortunately because I've been in hospital and ill, and now the FW Weekender is upon us, but starting immediately afterward I'll start organising which slots are available with Doctor Muck and we'll get sets allocated soon!

Had a cracking time hosting the inaugural set, coupla technical issues which annoyed me and I couldn't start ripping stuff apart to solve it (being as I was the only DJ playing live) but thankfully no showstoppers. Great fun and really looking forward to hearing other people's sets
